Brightwork are currently recruiting for experienced Receptionists to work with our clients in Lanarkshire on ongoing temporary contracts.
Supporting them throughout a period of peak trading, the successful candidates will have experience working within a reception-based role and be able to start immediately!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the premises, ensuring security passes are distributed if appliable and visitor register updated
- Handling all incoming call and emails to the reception mailbox and switchboard, fielding effectively in a warm and professional manner
- Collecting incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Coordinating and facilitating meeting rooms and parking spaces
- Arranging hospitality for internal events and meetings
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working in a reception-based role
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages
- Be warm, personable and confident liaising with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Be available to start immediately!
