Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician

Base Salary: £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £61,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.

Your Role
As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll:
* Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
* Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
* Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
You’ll combine your technical expertise with outstanding member service, making a real impact on the roadside.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.
Working Conditions
