Key Responsibilities
* Partner with logistics leadership to deliver workforce planning, talent management and succession strategies
* Lead employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
* Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies for warehouse and logistics roles
* Champion health, safety, wellbeing and diversity initiatives
* Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions
* Support change management and organisational development projects
* Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
* Coach and develop line managers in effective people management
Requirements
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor role within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred
* Ability to work independently and influence at all levels
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced operational environment
