3. Manage customer credit accounts and ensure compliance with the organisation's financial policies.
4. Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, maintaining accurate communication records.
5. Process invoices and update financial systems with accurate credit data.
6. Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
7. Provide regular reports to the accounting and finance team regarding outstanding debts.
8. Liaise with internal teams to address any queries related to credit control processes.
9. Support audit preparations by maintaining accurate and accessible records.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the credit control function.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Temporary Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting and finance role.
12. A strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
14. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
