Desired background: Previous toolroom experience within an extrusion environment Overview for the Toolroom Manager role: Working for a large manufacturing business that have manufacturing plants in the UK and EU, we now require a Manager to lead the Die Shop. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage the operations of our die shop. This role involves supervising the production, maintenance, and repair of dies, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will have a team of direct reports where you will need to have an active role in their development.
