The Role We are seeking a Helpdesk & Contract Support Administrator to join a collaborative team in St Albans. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role combining helpdesk coordination and contract support administration. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client queries. * Allocate jobs to engineers and update the CAFM system (IFM). * Raise and validate Purchase Orders (POs). * Ensure accuracy of job details and documentation. * Gain exposure to finance processes (training provided). * Support the wider team with operational tasks.
