What You'll Be Doing:
* Coordinating domestic and international removals from the initial inquiry to completion
* Managing home items and commercial/office relocations.
* Coordinating with clients, movers, and third-party vendors to guarantee a successful relocation execution
* Creating move documents, including quotes, customs papers, and schedules.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
* Update internal systems with removal details, fees, and timelines.
* Providing great client assistance during the migration process.
* Coordinating packaging, shipping, storage, and delivery services.
* Handling any delays, issues, or adjustments that occur during a transfer.
* Monitoring shipments and sending updates to customers
* Providing the sales staff with pricing and service information.
* Following up with customers after the move to ensure they are satisfied.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous expertise in the removals industry is needed.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
