This role requires a confident and compassionate senior carer with strong experience in residential care, medication management, care planning, and team leadership. The successful candidate will support the safe running of the service and lead care staff during shifts. Role Overview As the Senior Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the care home during your shift, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of residents while supervising and supporting a small team of care staff. You will act as the most responsible staff member on shift after the Manager and Deputy Manager, making this a key leadership role within the home.
