Our client, a Main Contractor / Developer, requiring no introduction, has recently broken ground on £100m+ build project in East London. We have been asked to supply a top class Design Manager to support the Head of Design on this 40+ storey tower project.............

Design Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Working with the Head of Design to develop the design plan / final design solution
- Coordinating and working through various RIBA deisgn stage processes
- Maintaining company policy / best practice at all times
-Ensure the design process recognises compliancy issues, current legislation, standards and codes of practice
- Recording and communicating all design amends
Design Manager experience required:
- Minimum 5 years post qualified experience
- Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience
- Major Project experience
- Degree educated
- Full understanding and experience of working the RIBA process
