Due to expansion, our client is looking for a detail orientated, customer service administrator to join their team.
This role is Monday-Friday, office based.
Daily duties will include:-
* Handling enquiries that come in through email and phone
* Preparing quotations
* Processing orders
* Updating stock spreadsheets
* Coordinating deliveries
* Troubleshooting
This is a fast paced role within a company which rewards hard work.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:-
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work to deadlines and organise workloads
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
* The ability to work as a wider team
