I have recently partnered with a well established boutique structural engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer at around the 2–5 year level to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands on residential work and wants real responsibility, variety, and progression without the corporate red tape.
💼 The Role
* Structural design for residential projects
* Involvement across design and delivery (reports exposure beneficial but not essential)
* Support from experienced engineers in a collaborative small team

👤 About You
* Structural Engineer with ~2–5 years’ experience (or more considered)
* Background in UK residential/ domestic structures
* Comfortable producing calculations and drawings
* AutoCAD useful but not essential
* Must be able to commute to Rickmansworth within 45 minutes via train or car
* Must have full right to work in the UK
