You’ll join our Talent Engagement team, who support people throughout their working journey — not just at the start. From answering questions and guiding candidates through onboarding, to keeping in touch once they’re in role, our team makes sure people feel supported, informed and valued every step of the way. No previous experience is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. What you’ll be doing As an Apprentice Talent Engagement Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of an outstanding experience for our contractor and candidate community. Your day‑to‑day will include: Responding to candidate and contractor queries via our Customer Hub (email, phone and systems) Supporting people through onboarding checks, forms and first‑day readiness Taking part in keeping‑in‑touch calls and engagement activities Helping gather feedback, data and insights to improve our service Working closely with colleagues across recruitment, onboarding and client teams Learning how to prioritise queries, escalate issues, and find the right solutions You won’t be expected to know this all from day one — this is a learning role, and you’ll be supported throughout.
