Key Responsibilities:
This role is part of the Envision Graduate Scheme. As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on projects at construction sites alongside our Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, and other team members.
* Ensuring the project adheres to relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projects
* Communicate with line manager and team members to ensure project goals are met
* Overseeing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
* Monitor and report project progress to project manager
* Ensure compliance with international regulations and policies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
* Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
* Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and best
Qualification and Expertise:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Familiarity with document or task management tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
* Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
* Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
