We’re now looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our high-performing team in Glasgow, helping to ensure every vehicle is assessed accurately and repaired efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex (or similar systems)
15. Preparing clear, cost effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer standards
16. Working closely with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to keep repair processes running smoothly
17. Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers on repair status and progress
18. Ensuring all estimates and documentation are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator within the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
21. Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
22. Strong communication and organisational skills
23. A detail-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and integrity
