Role Overview:
We are seeking committed Cover Supervisors to join our team and support the Trust. Successful candidates will work within secondary schools, delivering pre-planned lessons to students and supporting their academic growth.
1. Guide pupils through pre-planned lessons, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
2. Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
3. Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
4. Record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a secondary school or school setting.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Ability to drive is preferred; if not, you must have sufficient links to public transport.
