Responsibilities
* Open, close, and run the store when needed (holidays, days off, sickness, etc.).
* Support the Store Management team to keep the store operating smoothly.
* Greet customers with a warm smile and help them leave excited to unlock their imaginations.
* Maintain a welcoming, energetic store environment that motivates customers to return for inspiration and products.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.
Keyholder and Role Details
* As a Retail Sales Assistant you’ll be part of a role that may include keyholding duties. Training will be provided.
* There is additional keyholding pay enhancement when holding keys.
* Under 18: you won’t be able to complete keyholding duties until you turn 18; training will prepare you for keyholder duties when you reach 18.
