What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Quality Assurance Manager
Leading a robust quality assurance framework aligned to CQC standards across residential, supported living, life skills and visitor-facing services
Planning and coordinating audits, quality checks and improvement actions across the organisation
Monitoring compliance and performance data, translating insight into clear actions and assurance reporting
Overseeing policy governance, document control and review processes to ensure consistency and compliance
Supporting inspections and producing clear reports for senior leadership, trustees and governance committees
What you’ll bring to the table as a Quality Assurance Manager
Previous experience in quality assurance or compliance within health, social care or a charity environment
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, audit processes and quality improvement
Experience producing clear, senior-level written reports using data and insight
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across East Kent and attend sites when required
Working hours: 15 hours per week, with exceptional flexibility on how those hours are worked from week-to-week. Some home working is possible, but on-site presence and travel across East Kent is essential when required.
