Join Adept Care Homes as a Night Manager at Chetwynd House, our luxury 75‑bed residential and dementia care home in Nottingham. You’ll lead and support our night team, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily routines and manage care plans and assessments.
* Run the keyworker system and maintain accurate documentation and medication handling in line with best practices.
* Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to support residents.
* Participate in care shifts when needed and mentor team members.
* Support team development through supervision and training.
* Foster a calm, engaging, and respectful environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued.
* Uphold confidentiality, ensure compliance, and champion Adept’s vision of an outstanding place to live and work.
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team in a care home (essential).
* NVQ Level 4+ in Health & Social Care.
* Strong dementia care experience.
* Driver with own vehicle.
