Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading the day‑to‑day running of the nursery
* Supporting, mentoring and developing a small team
* Ensuring outstanding safeguarding practices
* Working closely with families, building strong relationships
* Maintaining EYFS standards and delivering high‑quality learning
* Overseeing planning, staffing, rotas and daily operations
* Managing audits, observations and quality assurance
* Ensuring the nursery remains a warm, inclusive and joyful space
* About You

* Level 3 or above in Early Years (essential)
* Experienced as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Confident leading a team with positivity and professionalism
* Strong in safeguarding, EYFS and compliance

* Organised, proactive and passionate about early childhood development

Salary & Hours
* Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
