We are looking to employ an additional cleaner at King Edwards school to further enhance the cleaning standards within the site with immediate effect. You will be required to work between the hours of 6.00am and 8.00am or 3.15pm to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. You should enjoy working in a busy environment, as part of a team, and be able to communicate at all levels. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Duties will include: vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing of furniture, window cleaning and occasional use of electrical cleaning machinery (e.g., buffing machine and wet pick-ups).
You will play a vital role as part of a large team of cleaning staff; however, this post is predominantly one where you will be expected to work using your own initiative and plan your daily routine to meet the needs of the site. Protective clothing and PPE will be provided as required.
