Role Overview
This position is a permanent opportunity.
As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery, development and support of housing and business systems across the Sovini Group.
* Act as a senior bridge between IT and the business, ensuring systems, services and roadmaps are aligned to organisational priorities and deliver measurable value.
* Combine strong technical and delivery capability with Business Relationship Management (BRM) duties, liaising between external clients and stakeholders as a trusted partner to business leads.
* Proactively understand business objectives, challenges and future ambitions, translate these into prioritised IT demand, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively, compliantly and sustainably.

Qualifications
* Relevant IT / Business Analysis qualification or certification.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience managing and supporting complex business systems (e.g., NEC Housing).
* Strong knowledge of the Housing sector, including NEC Housing system configuration, modules, and front‑end use.
* Ability to design and deliver secure, reliable, and compliant IT solutions while managing work/packages to deadlines.
* Experience identifying, analysing, and implementing system enhancements to drive continuous improvement and realise benefits.
* Strong understanding of Housing Management processes and experience producing related documentation.
* End‑to‑end application lifecycle experience (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation review).
* Strong experience in business analysis, system documentation, user guides, and training/supporting system users.
* Experience managing and documenting system changes in line with change management best practice.
* High attention to detail.
* Proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on service improvement.
* Experience defining system integrations and interfaces.
* Experience planning, designing, and executing system testing, including UAT.
* Experience managing, monitoring, and reporting performance against SLAs.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
