My client an international law firm is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to lead the management accounts function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a pivotal role where you'll ensure accuracy, timeliness and robust controls across the entire process, while delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
1. Own the end-to-end management accounts process for the UK.
2. Prepare and review key journals, reconciliations and monthly reports.
3. Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, actionable financial insight.
4. Support budgeting, forecasting and audit processes.
5. Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation projects.
What We're Looking For
6. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a senior accounting role.
7. Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
8. Ability to manage and improve finance operations.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
