KeyResponsibilities
* Deliver projects efficiently from inception to completion, ensuring value for money.
* Comply with established procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
* Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
* Manage multiple stakeholders and provide excellent client service.
* Share knowledge and best practice across projects, supporting team development.
* Prioritise workloads effectively to meet project deadlines.
CandidateProfile
Qualifications:
* Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
* MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
Experience:
* Strong technical delivery experience within a consultancy environment.
* Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
* Proven project management skills from inception to completion.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating teams.
