About the Role One of my local government clients is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Facilities Technical Officer to manage and oversee cyclical services and reactive maintenance across a diverse housing portfolio. This includes communal blocks, temporary accommodation, leasehold properties, supported housing, and other council-owned tenures. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the condition and legal compliance of the council’s housing assets, ensuring all services meet statutory obligations, follow industry standards, and reflect best practices.
