To assemble, service and sign-off assemblies required for the running of race, test, PR and customer cars and rigs.
Main Duties
* Build, strip and service WF1 and customer suspension, brake, steering, Power Unit Integration & Drive‑train components to a consistent high standard of competitiveness, safety and reliability, ensuring all assemblies conform to current Engineering and Manufacturing policies and procedures
* Carrying out duties as instructed by the Component Assembly Team leader as per the daily work List
* Critically evaluate all components during assembly and disassembly, ensuring their integrity and reporting all faults
* Operate pass‑off and test rigs as required
* Highlight any assembly/quality issues to the Team leader or relevant design authority
* Ensure all assemblies are built to deadlines
* Ensure that all build and component information is recorded and maintained as required in relevant systems
* Ensure the Component Assembly work environment and equipment is maintained to the highest standards of tidiness, presentation and safety

Qualifications and Experience Level
* Experience building complex components component assembly / sub assembly experience in F1, F2 or Sports Car Racing
* Ideal candidate would be comfortable using Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems
* Familiarity with Lifing systems
* Experience with ERP & Manufacturing execution systems an advantage
