Due to a significant uplift in work, a well-established and prestigious manufacturing organisation are looking for a ShiftMaintenance Technician (electrical or mechanical). The position is working in a unique, clean and fasted paced production environment with a range of complex, high speed machinery and auxiliary plant equipment. The role will involve: Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including complex automated production machinery, control panels, and control systems Minimising downtime within a high-speed manufacturing environment Working with both modern and legacy machinery across a large factory site Supporting the Maintenance Manager with site projects and operational requirements Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment performance and efficiency To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must hold a Level 3 NVQ/C&G qualification (or higher) in either mechanical or electrical engineering. Maintenance experience in a similar position within a manufacturing/production or distribution environment is also required. Successful candidates will undergo security vetting and will need a clean criminal record and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.
