Key Responsibilities Assist with customs clearance to ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations
Process and manage high-volume emails (over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy
Learn to complete customs declarations with precision
Prioritize and execute tasks within tight deadlines, managing multiple workflows
Support operations through data entry, customer communication, and workflow management
Participate in comprehensive training on customs procedures and compliance
Maintain professional communication with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities
Requirements Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) essential
English (spoken and written)
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, fast learner who thrives under pressure
Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Passion for accuracy and a strong desire to learn
