Requirements Minimum of HNC in a finance or business-related discipline and relevant experience at a suitable level in contract administration of maintenance contracts relating to non domestic/public buildings. Knowledge of the CDM Regulations, Asbestos Management Legislation, relevant Approved Codes of Practice, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability. You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
