The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an Administrative environment, is organised, well presented, methodical, works well within a team, able to use Microsoft Office Packages and pays attention to detail. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner * Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members * Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services * Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard * Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements * Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining office records * Process purchase orders, invoices, and basic data entry tasks * Maintain office supplies and place orders as required * Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business We are looking for somebody ideally from and living in Wakefield or the surrounding areas.
