An established Financial Planning firm in Bristol is looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to support its pensions and investments team, following planned team growth. This is a fully office-based role with free parking, offering exposure to a broad range of platforms and products, long-term stability, and optional study support. Flexibility can be provided around hours!
The Role
* New business processing
* Investments, disinvestments, ISAs & income drawdown
* Money on/off platforms
* Liaison with providers and clients
* Maintaining accurate client records
What They’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration
* Experience using at least one investment platform (e.g. AJ Bell, Quilter, Standard Life, HL, Aegon)
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Adviser support experience not required
* Qualifications not essential
Package
* Salary up to £34,000
* Free on-site parking
* Pension, death-in-service & income protection
* 25 days holiday (pro rata)
