🔹 What's on Offer:
💼 Full-time office-based role in Darlington
🕤 Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
💰 £13.95 per hour
📅 Immediate start
🎓 4 weeks of paid training (no holidays during this period)
🏖️ All bank holidays off
🔐 May be subject to DBS Checks
🔹 The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls from EE's sales team and customers, helping to set up contracts accurately and efficiently. This is a quality-over-quantity role - no call duration targets, just a focus on getting things right.
Your day-to-day will include:
📞 Handling inbound calls related to contract setup
🧾 Verifying and entering contract details into the system
🔄 Following up with sales teams or customers for missing info
✅ Ensuring contracts are complete and error-free before activation
