Shift Patterns
We provide dedicated around the clock support 24/7. Shift patterns include early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers and/or waking nights.
The Role
As a relief colleague you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we continue to provide the best care and support during staff training, holidays and absence. The main purpose of your role is to support individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of daily living (shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and personal care). You will also engage them in hobbies and interests such as arts & crafts, gardening, cinema, meals out, swimming, discos and walks.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and commit to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy. If you are successful, you will need to register with the SSSC within three months of starting employment.
