Role- Salesforce DeveloperLocation- Central London PermanentWorking pattern - Remote/ Once a month if required.NO SPONSORSHIP WILL BE PROVIDED NOT CURRENTLY OR IN FUTURERequirements and key-points.Collaborate with Membership, Exams, Events and relevant third parties (includes Salesforce and Fonteva) to ensure smooth operation of Client’s CRMTo take ownership, oversee and lead on Salesforce development and support including periodic Salesforce or other upgradesProvide training for staff on use of the College’s Salesforce system and support the College making the most of its CRM and improving the quality of its dataEffectively line manage the Junior Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator in line with our management principles and polices.Lead on setting technical standards and guidelines for Salesforce, and coach developers on reusability, best practices etc.Review Salesforce and product Releases and analyse technical and business impact, advising business on new featuresProvide inputs and direction to the project teams across the CollegePerform primary application testing to minimize number of application bugs, facilitate user testing and user acceptanceCollaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts and End Users in identifying possible application enhancements and in identifying bugs.Working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and deliveryExperienceSubstantial IT experience with at least 4+ years of Salesforce project development experienceStrong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and knowledge)Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.,Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.Implementation of relational database concepts and database designSupporting users in the use of database driven applications
