What you’ll be doing
1. Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
2. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
3. Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
4. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
5. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
6. Support, train, and develop commis chefs in the team
7. Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces
What we're looking for
* Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
* Positive outlook and outgoing personality
* Level 3 cookery qualification or we will fund your training to achieve this
