The role:
* Working for a Housing Association
* Supporting young people within care, including UASC
* Supporting towards independence and living in their own property
* Supporting with education, health, and day to day support
* Working with 16-18 care leavers, in Supported Accommodation
* (unaccompanied asylum seeking children)
An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is Required for this role
