We are looking for a driven Business Executive to join our BMW Sales Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience to help grow our F&I performance Working closely with the Sales Manager, youll enhance profitability, ensure FCA compliance, and support the continued success of our sales team. What Youll Do Engage with every retail customer to maximise F&I income while maintaining full FCA compliance Manage renewals and retention activity to encourage repeat business and loyalty Support the Sales Team throughout the vehicle sales process Prepare and process all finance documentation accurately and promptly Monitor and report on F&I performance, ensuring payments and compliance standards are met Provide F&I support to Fleet and Corporate Sales Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in an automotive role In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and F&I products Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and IT skills (MS Office, Excel) Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused Full and valid UK driving licence Desirable: Experience managing within the F&I industry Knowledge of CRM systems or renewal processes What We Offer Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) Employee Car Option Scheme Contributory Pension Scheme Extensive BMW training and professional development To Apply: Send your CV to Closing Date: Friday 28th November 2025 Prentice Portadown is an equal opportunities employer.
