Join Our Team as an Occupational Health Nurse Manager (30 hours per week)
Location: Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service, Alfreton Fire Station, Turnpike Close, Alfreton DE55 7AD
Salary: £47,181 - £52,413 (Per annum pro-rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally Monday to Thursday

If so, Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Health Nurse Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Way: Play a key role in the development and delivery of the overall strategy for the Occupational Health Department.
Be the Expert: Triage referrals and manage your own caseload, including complex cases.
Health Champion: Provide advice to employees and managers to enable employees to remain in and return to work.
Innovate: Develop and promote strategies to boost employee health and wellbeing.
Engage: Organise awareness events and health education programmes.
Collaborate: Participate in case reviews and attendance meetings.
Analyse: Review data to identify health trends and departmental performance.

Experienced: Proven nursing experience in an Occupational Health setting.
