2nd Line EUC Analyst
Our long-standing client, an FTSE 250 financial services provider, is hiring a 2nd Line EUC Analyst with experience supporting enterprise corporations within an End Users/EUC Experience Team. To be successful, you must have demonstrable experience within a 2nd line service desk position supporting MAC/Windows OS, the Office 365 suite (including Intune/Autopilot), Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud printing solutions.
Our client offers a day rate of £250 to £300 PD for a 6 to 12-month project based in Wolverhampton, working 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Joiners, Movers, and Leavers, including deployment of equipment, updates to Active Directory, and software installation.
* Fulfill service requests in line with SLAs and communicate updates to users throughout the process.
* Escalate Major Incidents and Risk Events for management visibility and resolution.
* Participate in Mobile Device Management, ensuring proper enrollment of new devices, maintaining stock, and repairing/replacing defective devices swiftly.
* Support Desktop Hardware, including desktops, laptops, and thin clients, maintaining a stock of ready-to-deploy devices.
* Support Meeting Rooms with hardware/software updates and maintenance to ensure effective operation.
* Administer Webex/Teams for users, including provisioning new users, updating plugins, and removing leavers.
Key Experience:
* Proven experience in a 2nd line support role within a service desk or EUC environment.
* Experience within financial services or professional services sectors.
* Supporting MAC & Windows OS systems using JAMF.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, Webex/MS Teams, Citrix, and Cloud printing solutions.
* Experience in setting up meeting rooms, building laptops, configuring printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Experience supporting VIPs, C-Suite, and senior managers.
