A well established and super lovely, leading sets of chambers is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join their close-knit front of house team.
They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospitality Assistant to play an important role in maintaining a clean, well-organised, and professional working environment for members of Chambers, staff, and visitors.
Working across two buildings and servicing 6 conference rooms, your key responsibilities will include:
* Daily prepping and setting up and of offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and communal areas
* Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and presentable
* Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues
* Ordering and replenishing supplies
* Overflow reception support
