Fleet Administration Team Leader Location: Solihull/ Hybrid - 3 days/week in the office Full Time, Permanent Salary - Up to £36,000 PA About the Role We are looking for a Fleet Administration Team Leader to oversee and optimise the day-to-day delivery of fleet administrative services. You will lead a team of administrators, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery across the business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring all fleet-related administration meets regulatory, financial, and operational requirements. What You’ll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Fleet Administrators Overseeing daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA performance Managing fleet compliance, including HMRC reporting, MOTs, and driver/vehicle checks Producing and analysing reports across costs, usage, and performance Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency Building strong relationships with internal teams and external providers What We’re Looking For Experience leading or supervising an administrative or operations team Knowledge of fleet operations and compliance (HMRC, MOT, MID desirable) Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management Confident using systems and tools such as Excel and fleet management platforms Why Join Us?
