Our client in Weymouth is seeking a receptionist/admin support role. This position is not just a general reception role; it involves significant administrative support for the business.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing office supplies and internal ordering of stationery, PPE, and uniforms.
2. Welcoming new starters.
3. Coordinating internal and external communication, including meeting room bookings and management.
4. Managing travel logistics such as pool cars, vehicle hire, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
Ideal candidate:
* Warm, friendly, and inviting.
* Eager to tackle various tasks throughout the day.
* Proficient in verbal and written communication.
* Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Organized and able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
This role offers face-to-face contact and is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with people.

* Full training provided.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
