Join our team at Keolis Amey Metrolink (KAM), the largest light rail network in the UK
We're looking for two motivated Network Presentation Maintainers to join our dynamic Network Presentation team within Manchester's iconic Metrolink.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our network looking its best, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across all structures and premises.
You'll take pride in delivering high-quality work, collaborating with your team and maintaining exceptional standards across the network.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across the Metrolink network, ensuring customer-facing assets are always safe, reliable and well-presented.
* Undertake vegetation removal at stops, ensuring all areas remain safe, clean and accessible for passengers.
* Complete a variety of maintenance activities at Queens Road and Trafford Depots, delivering all works efficiently and to a high standard.
* Maintain Metrolink stops and platforms, addressing maintenance needs promptly and effectively.
* Respond quickly to faults and incidents, carrying out reactive maintenance on-site and completing detailed incident reports as required.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in general building maintenance, including plumbing, joinery, groundworks/civils and decorating.
* Good working knowledge of general maintenance practices and procedures.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Must be able to pass a railway medical to obtain a Metrolink PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
* Flexibility to work nights when required as part of the role.
* Proactive and adaptable, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and operational demands.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player.
* Brings a pragmatic, commercially aware mindset to problem-solving and customer-focused solutions.
* Demonstrates high personal integrity and leads by example with great personal leadership skills.

* Salary is £36,659 per annum
* Permanent, full time 37.5 hrs per week
