Hyde is looking for a Roofer Improver.

As a Roofer Improver at Hyde you will be working within the Property Services team to assist roofers in maintaining, repairing and installing roofs across Hyde’s housing stock.
Responsibilities
* Support roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
* Carry, organise, and transport materials and tools to work sites
* Assist with locating and repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and clearing gutters
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, disposing of waste properly
* Follow health and safety regulations, using equipment and PPE correctly
Skills and Experience Required
* Background in construction, labouring, or a related trade (roofing experience an advantage)
* Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Strong customer service ethic
