The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of our Bicester Village boutique. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Store Manager in delivering Eleventy\'s philosophy of smart luxury, ensuring the team provides exceptional client experiences while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team.
* Ensure clients receive warm hospitality, expert styling advice, and personalised service.
* Contribute to achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets.
* Oversee daily operations alongside the Store Manager, including stock management, merchandising, and back-of-house organisation.
* Assist in maintaining strong visual presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
* Help build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty to the Eleventy brand.
* Act as a role model for the team, stepping into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
* Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within luxury fashion.
* Passion for Italian craftsmanship, refined style, and delivering memorable client experiences.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Results-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in supporting store performance.
* A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive, hands-on approach.
