The ideal candidate: KS1 Class Teacher
7. Holds QTS (essential)
8. Has experience teaching in KS1 (or strong primary placement experience)
9. Demonstrates commitment to the school’s ethos and values
10. Is enthusiastic, reflective, and a strong team player
11. Is an inspirational teacher with a passion for raising attainment
12. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
13. Brings creativity, adaptability, and a child-centered approach to teaching and learning
