Building Control Inspector
Class 2A–F | Salary up to £75,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a Registered Building Inspector to join a supportive team, offering flexibility to work from home and a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance. This role involves working with established clients in your area, handling plan assessments and or site inspections.
The inspections will be across Manchester and you can live anywhere nearby. Typically you will go to site 1 - 2 days per week
About the Role
This position suits a qualified Building Inspector who values professional development and teamwork. You'll join a team of Registered Building Inspectors covering residential and small commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct 15–20 site inspections per week and complete up to 5 plan checks.
