Our client, an award winning and chartered firm of financial planners are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Admin Team leader to join their city of London based team.
This is a first class opportunity to join one of London’s most reputable firms.
Duties & responsibilities will include (not limited to):
* Managing a team of administrators
* Allocation of work to the wider team
* Lead weekly team meetings to manage workloads
* Point of contact for team queries
* Carry out staff members quarterly KPI & one to ones
* Various IFA Administrative duties
The candidate:
* Managerial experience (essential)
* Studying towards CII diploma (desirable)
* Excellent knowledge of provider platforms
