We are delighted to invite qualified Early Years Practitioners to consider joining our warm, professional, and forward-thinking nursery teams.
With a range of opportunities available across our two Bath nurseries in Guinea Lane and Combe Down, we are looking for dedicated practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care.
Current Opportunities Include:
Room Leaders Early Years Practitioners Practitioners with experience working with babies, to support the continued growth of our expanding baby rooms
Working Patterns:
Full-time roles: 36 hours across 4 days per week with a rolling day off each week and long weekend every 5 weeks Primarily all-year-round roles Limited 35-hour Term-Time Only positions available
Annual Leave & Benefits:

Salary Information:
All salaries are based on a 36-hour, all-year-round contract.
Part-time and term-time roles are paid pro rata.
Final salary will depend on qualification level and experience.
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner: £24,336 Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: £24,804 - £29,016 Room Leader: £28,080 - £32,760
