bambooh is seeking a superstar Early Years Setting Deputy Manager to spearhead our setting in Bicester
In this role, you'll:
* Shape the future: Provide strategic direction and ensure the setting aligns with the EYFS framework and Bambooh Academies' core values.
* Lead the team: Motivate and develop a team of qualified early years practitioners, building a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Nurture young minds: Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that caters to all areas of child development.
* Champion safety: Oversee all health & safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.
* Build strong relationships: Collaborate with parents/carers, external agencies, and the local community.
Do you have the following?
* Early Years Teacher Qualification (EYTQ) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within an early years setting.
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* The ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
* A passion for early years education and a strong understanding of child development.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* IT literate.
