Evidence of recent continuing professional development Leadership course Desirable criteria Understanding the complex and dynamic needs of a multi-cultural socially diverse community Knowledge of safeguarding principles (adults and children) Experience Essential criteria Extensive relevant up to date clinical experience Evidence of leading service development. Participation/experience of mentoring colleagues and students Evidence of collaborative working within a multi-professional environment Evidence of supporting others in a clinical environment Evidence of leading service development.
